Modal Training is a centre of excellence for the ports, energy and logistics sectors and we offer training for sea, road, rail, air and support services.

MODAL Training is a dynamic, new, training business - part of the Grimsby Institute Group - located at Immingham, North East Lincolnshire.

We are now looking for a number of Trainer Consultants to assist with our expanding range of training and education courses in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, Ports and Freight Forwarding.

You will have a good level of experience in the logistics sector and hold either a CILT or IoSCM or CMI academic qualification, our primary requirement is for you to have a passion for professional development and training and the capability to develop and deliver courses and assess students. We can provide ‘train the trainer’ training for the right applicants. If you have prior experience of training in a logistics field, then we would be very interested in a discussion.

Our vision for logistics training cover a wide range – from ‘professional drivers through to the boardroom’ and our training facilities are some of the best in the area, including two bespoke car and truck simulators.  

The positions of Trainer Consultants are currently part-time, paid on a day rate and can fit in with your current work pattern as required.  There may also be the opportunity for longer contracts.
