The Academy Grimsby is a 14-16 school run by the Grimsby Institute. It has had rapid growth in its first three years and now requires a Pastoral Manager to join an excellent Pastoral team and assist with the day-to-day running of the school, offering guidance and support to the students.
Responsibilities include: monitoring of attendance, rewards and sanctions; liaison with outside agencies; safeguarding; behaviour management; parental meetings.
The successful applicant will have had experience in a pre-16 educational setting.
